5. AI Processing of Your Data

ScholarPath AI uses the Anthropic API to generate personalized guidance. When you use our AI features, the information you provide — including your student profile, essay content, and financial information — is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This processing is governed by Anthropic's privacy practices.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Essay content and personal profile data are used solely to generate your personalized recommendations and are not retained by the AI beyond the scope of your request.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in the United States (East US — North Virginia region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:
